Who we're looking for

We’re looking for an inside sales team to help with the appointment setting of our clients’ LinkedIn Outreach campaigns. We’re looking for a team that cares about the success of their clients and is committed to ensuring that clients have positive experiences.

As the inside sales agency, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, allocation & management of appointment setters to handle the responses from clients' outreach campaigns.

The typical day for a reply handler you manage will involve some or all of the tasks and responsibilities below:

- Using Pipedrive CRM to log all activities and to manage follow-ups for setting appointments
- Using ClickUp/Hubstaff to track working activity
- Replying to LinkedIn messages received for sales reps for multiple clients,  through one unified inbox for each client
- Communicate with customer success team to learn how to answer specific questions for each client
- Communicating with internal team on both slack & zoom to understand how to best book meetings for each client

Requirements

- Ability to recruit, train, allocate & manage a team of talented appointment setters
- A Customer-first mindset. You are driven to deliver a first-class client experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Appointment Setting Experience. You know how this works, you know how to ask questions, you know how to follow up
- Team player with a positive attitude
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new changes if/ when necessary

Benefits

- $200/ month per client, per month one person can manage 3 clients ($600/month). We are looking to grow to 9 new clients per month. So we would need 3 new employees every month to be hired, trained & managed
