REMOTE | PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a customer success manager to help with the strategy, setup, optimization, and success of our clients on a day-to-day basis and ensure that their experience is positive.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients. On a daily basis, your typical day will involve some or all of the tasks and responsibilities below:

- Onboarding new clients by helping refine their LinkedIn outreach strategy after input from sales
- Communicating with clients on both slack & zoom to get reviews for work before moving ahead at key points in the client setup process
- Communicate with the rest of the working team on a project to ensure that things are moving forward
- Help optimize the LinkedIn profiles of sales profiles that will be doing outbound activities
- Measure the effectiveness of split tests to determine what strategy is working best for the client
- Send regular video (loom) updates to client on slack with their progress
- Have Bi-weekly calls with clients to ensure they are happy
- Understand if the client wants to upgrade their campaigns by spending more money
- Get video testimonials from clients and other data/permission to help our marketing team create case studies
- Get referrals from clients for new business

Requirements

- A Customer-first mindset. You are driven to deliver a first-class client experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Sales or Marketing Experience. You know this generally works and the value that it brings to a business
- Team player with a positive attitude
- A Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new changes if/ when necessary
